Alaric is a compassionate and knowledgeable rehabilitation support worker he is confident, capable, and professional. He is highly organised and hardworking, with strong attention to detail. He strives to seek ways to enhance strategies and optimise assistance encouraging clients to live happy and fulfilled lives.

With over 14 years of experience and qualifications up to NVQ Level 3, Alaric brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in all aspects of care. Alaric is motivated to positively impact the daily wellbeing of our client’s success with diligent support.

This has been positively applied to the client’s care plans at Support for Independence. Alaric is instrumental in helping the client’s build their confidence whilst in the community, ensuring ongoing safety, care and general wellbeing are of the highest possible standards.

He is a valued member of the Multi-disciplinary team, supporting with care plans, training, rotas and overseeing staff are safe, motivated and happy in their work.

Alaric is self-assured utilising strong communication skills, promptly reporting any concerns to the relevant person and dealing with them appropriately and professionally.
