"I love working for Rehabilitation for Independence because I’m passionate about the connection between mood, motivation, and meaningful engagement in rehab. Understanding what truly matters to each individual helps us better support their recovery — and that’s the person-centred approach we take here.
Outside of work, I’m currently training as a Reiki practitioner and practice both mindfulness and yoga. I also enjoy nurturing my wellbeing by spending time outdoors, camping, and tending to my allotment — a reflection of my belief that purposeful occupation is at the heart of health and recovery."
