Berni joined Support for Independence in November 2019 as a Senior Support Worker and quickly became a valued member of the team. With her ability to build strong rapport with both clients and colleagues, she was promoted to Care Co-Ordinator in January 2021.
In her role, Berni works closely with the support team, acting as a mentor and ensuring high-quality care delivery. She is highly skilled in matching support workers with clients, coordinating care plans, organising rotas, and facilitating training opportunities. Her dedication ensures that our clients receive consistent, reliable support.
Outside of work, Berni likes to go travelling, with the Maldives being her favourite destination.
