Full Biography

Erin Stott is a compassionate and motivated healthcare professional with experience supporting adults with complex needs to maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing within their own homes. She has strong skills in person-centred care, clinical observations, accurate record keeping and working safely within care plans, supported by training in areas including safeguarding, infection control, venipuncture, health and safety, MCA and DOLS. Erin holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science and a BTEC Distinction in Health and Social Care, combining academic knowledge with practical experience in care, quality assurance and customer-facing roles. Her resilience, reliability and strong work ethic have also been shaped by her achievements as an international Rugby League player, and she is keen to continue developing within a role where she can make a positive difference to people’s everyday lives.
