Jane Dee is a founding member of Support for Independence, bringing over two decades of experience in care management and rehabilitation services. Since the company’s inception in June 2018, Jane has played a pivotal role in shaping its operational excellence and client-focused culture.

In her role as Registered Manager and Care Manager, Jane oversees a senior team of care coordinators, assistant care coordinators, and more than 40 rehabilitation support workers. She is responsible for ensuring that every support package is tailored to meet the individual needs of clients while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Jane leads on the recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of support staff, upholding strict adherence to company policies and procedures. She ensures full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, consistently driving quality and accountability across all services.

Known for her calm leadership style and attention to detail, Jane thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in working alongside a dedicated and compassionate team. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures, which brings fresh perspective to her personal and professional life.
