Nate Goodman is a vital part of the Support for Independence (SFI) team, where she has served in Recruitment and Human Resources since June 2021. Working behind the scenes, Nate plays a key role in the day-to-day operations that keep SFI running smoothly, with a focus on ensuring that every Rehabilitation Support Worker is set up for success from the very beginning of their journey.

As the sole lead on recruitment, Nate is responsible for carefully selecting and placing the right support workers with the right clients—an essential step in building strong, effective, and lasting partnerships. Her approach is thoughtful and people-centered, ensuring that each match supports not just the needs of the client, but also the strengths and development of the support worker. Through this tailored process, Nate helps foster meaningful relationships that empower both staff and clients to thrive.
