Rachel Walker – Practice Manager, SFI

Rachel Walker is the Practice Manager at SFI, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2019. Starting her journey as the company’s very first administrative assistant, Rachel has grown alongside the organisation, developing her skills, deepening her knowledge of the field, and advancing into a leadership role. Her progression is a testament to her dedication, adaptability, and passion for making a meaningful difference.

Rachel plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of SFI, supporting both clients and staff in delivering high-quality, client-focused services. She brings a strong sense of organisation, efficiency, and heart to her role, ensuring that internal processes run smoothly and that the team is empowered to focus on what matters most—enabling clients to live as independently and fully as possible.
