Full Biography

I joined SFI in March 2026 as a Care Coordinator, bringing with me over 40 years of experience in social care. Throughout my career, I have worked in a wide range of roles and settings, giving me a broad understanding of the challenges and rewards of supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Alongside my social care experience, I spent 14 years working within General Practice, which further developed my knowledge of health and care services and strengthened my passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

In my role as Care Coordinator, I oversee several support packages, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively while maintaining the highest standards of care. I work closely with clients, families, and support teams to ensure each person receives the best possible support tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and goals.

I am passionate about providing quality care, building positive working relationships, and helping to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and grandchildren, who are very important to me. Family time helps me maintain a positive work-life balance and brings me great joy.
