Wendy Hall – Clinical Case Manager

Wendy Hall is a Clinical Case Manager who joined the RFI team on 22nd May 2023. She brings over a decade of clinical experience to her role, supporting clients across Yorkshire, Lancashire, Coventry, and County Durham. With a strong background in Occupational Therapy, Wendy is dedicated to guiding individuals through their rehabilitation journey, helping them navigate challenges and achieve meaningful progress toward independence.

As a consistent and compassionate point of contact, Wendy provides tailored support and advocacy for each client. She works closely with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external providers to ensure every aspect of care aligns with the client’s goals. From sourcing essential services to coordinating with professionals across health and social care, Wendy’s approach is hands-on, client-centred, and rooted in empathy.

Her 11 years of post-graduate experience span acute, community, and independent settings, giving her a broad and practical understanding of the diverse needs her clients may face. Wendy has also worked in an alternative role as a disability analyst, further enriching her insight into functional assessment and support planning. This combination of clinical depth and strategic coordination makes her an invaluable part of the team and a trusted advocate for her clients.

Wendy finds great fulfilment in building strong relationships with the individuals she supports and their families. For her, witnessing the small and significant achievements throughout their journey is one of the most rewarding aspects of the job.

Outside of her professional life, Wendy enjoys spending quality time with her family—something that keeps her grounded and brings her great joy.
